I took those herbs as a gut dysbiosis protocol. (Then added in berberine and artemisinin once I adjusted to them.) They are good stuff, but very strong. You are killing things in there, so the discomfort and diarrhea make sense. I would feel crummy-of-tum for a few hours after taking them, so in order to make sure I ate enough calories (which was a concern for me at the time) I only took one dose per day. Add a probiotic a few hours after or before your doses. If you have total watery diarrhea and are worried about dehydration or malnutrition, then lower your dose. A little bentonite clay (away from both the herbs and the probiotics) would help to firm your stool and absorb some of the toxins. Some people find olive leaf too stimulating to the immune system, so if you develop inflammation, then that's the one I'd drop first.
