I have been overdoing it and it will take a longer time for me to get to the final 100 %. But it has been a motivation for me to be able to eat other things again, and something I often have visualized when doing DNRS. I couldn’t eat fodmaps for a long time and tonight I will have some potato chips with garlic and onion powder on with no problem.
Eating well overall, good sleep, workouts, etc and then some cheating on the weekends with both diet and sleep.
I see myself eating out post-COVID and even eating/drinking gluten a few times a year.
If you feel bad during/after drinking alcohol, listen to your body, and wait until you don’t feel as bad from it.
After a long and hard week, it's nice to drink some wine and watch the Mandalorian 😊
