that's awesome!! well done. it's the tiniest things - I think that's why I've found routine so beneficial. yep I never thought I'd be able to keep going with AIP (I tried some re intros which were a massive fail and my symptoms flared up massively) but I'm getting used to it now. yeah me too. we'll see - no expectations really. but it will be the greatest gift. whatever happens it is still .
wow that's great u did 20k! I hope to do that next summer. it's funny I just started the wild camping as it was easier - I couldn't contemplate getting there and back plus a walk. 1st time I literally got 30 mins from the train station and collapsed on a hill. I slept all over the place this summer just to be able to get out! (safe, countryside, arriving late)
you too. a new year. a new piece of the puzzle. HEALTH.

That sounds like wonderful progress intheuk! Hoping two years brings you full remission.
I’m always surprised by the variability of when we actually fall ill after a bite. I have friends who were classic ‘right after the bite’ Lyme cases and I wonder about that sometimes. I guess some people are just predictable lol.
The AIP diet is fabulous - it definitely sounds like a worthwhile trade for winter swimming!
Looking at things year over year is really helpful too., thanks for the reminder. This time last year I was just recovering from mould remediation. I had no idea how much better I would feel in 2020 but I did have a hint with the almost immediate cessation of air hunger and fatigue - and thankfully so as there was so much to do.
Longest walk in a day probably 20k - this was the summer of walking.
Wishing you, and everyone else here, much health in the year to come.
