I still have not figured out much at all. I have an appt coming up with my LLMD to go over it and discuss wether or not I'm going to continue working with her. As I have admitted before in this thread and others, I took a blind swing with SOT because I have a dear friend with a much worse case of Lyme than mine who credited her improvement to SOT. I'm lucky to be in a financial position to try some things without worrying about it, but I really don't want other people to spend their money on treatments that aren't effective so I pledged to report my experience with SOT good, bad or indifferent. At this point, I'm indifferent.

I also have an email in to Marty Ross and hope to follow up with him. last I checked the lab had still not answered any of his questions.

I know this is an old thread, but they need your blood to find the most significant DNA from your blood. For example lyme BB can have over 100 sequences(think of them as birthdays). They are trying to find these small DNA sequences in your blood. Once they find it, mrna is created for that sequence. Its not just as simple as telling them u have Lyme BB or Bart, they are looking for the sequence. The reason u need to tell them beforehand is to they know which sequences to tesr your blood for, lyme, bart, babesia all have different sequences.
