Hi Skeleton, I had big struggle with constipation too, and weight loss. Was like stopped every day for more than 2 years...
I probably tried all things you can imagine, there never was any permanent working solution I could find though that would do the trick. Garlic and enemas could maybe improve it a little it seemed.... try some other probiotics or prebiotics, might work. avoid food rich in iron, iron is often a source of constipation.
drinking more or less water or eating very fluid food (like soup), didnt seem to make any difference at all in my case... hope you find out something, I know it isnt very fun.....
