Hoagie how are you?
Hi RC! Thank you for the inquiry!
If I was doing any better I couldn't stand it.
That's what an older friend of mine says to me every time I ask him how he's doing. It's infectious.
But, really, I'm doing well. There are certain things I could complain about
, I suppose. But, why?
I'll try to keep it short. I was feeling bad about
a month ago. Got an infected tooth pulled and I was feeling better within a week. When I first started feeling better after 3 months of bvt, I was able to do about
1000 jumps on the trampoline before my legs started giving out and my back would start hurting. I can't run, so I would jump on the trampoline for exercise (which I've learned is a whole lot better than running anyway). Then I read you shouldn't do it if you have bulging discs in your spine. I have several plus a torn disc at L4-L5. I took a break. Started back up again after the tooth extraction last month. I'm up to 2000 jumps per session now with no pain. It has actually strengthened my back. I've been drinking high ph electrolyte water with nuun to combat my low adh and it has been doing wonders.
Besides my ongoing walking issues, which seems to be getting slightly better, I can't really complain. I'm at 1121 @ 10 stings as of today. (Actually got the stingers in back as I'm typing this).
BVT has been a miracle.
I will jot down your email for sure.
How are you doing?
