Very interesting garzie. This parawellness guy even says that a typical stool test run by a disinterested technician isnt very accurate. Unless there's a 6" tapeworm in there its gonna come back negative 😂 So you very well may have them.
I'm no expert, but based on my 24hrs of research, my take is that it is clearly pathogenic during the acute phase. My view on it is similar to my take with lyme...you get an active infection and it causes significant symptoms, but then it fades into the background. At which point the active infection is gone, and there are only residual amounts left in your body, amounts which you may never be able to rid yourself of, and which probably arent the sole cause of symptomology anymore. I think the problem is that the initial active infection destroys your biodiversity and immune system, as clearly happened to me, and what youre left w/ is dybiosis/SIBO/autoimmunity.
This is why a high percentage of people test positive, yet they cant prove its causing symptoms. Because most of these people only have residual amounts left in the body, amounts which are no longer high enough to be pathogenic. During the acute infection stage, however, I'd be dollars to donuts it's pathogenic and causes symptoms.
