that defo looks like something man-made to me

the pale end has a kind of regular honeycomb pattern visible - highly unlikely to be anything of natural origin

the red portion appears to have a thread-like structure knitted together - very much like fabric

have you ever had a vaginal or urethral swab or medical procedure of any kind?

you could do some simple tests if you still have it
