Prior to about 5 months ago, I took all kinds of Buhner herbals (max dosages from the get go) and other herbals without any herxes or flaring for around 1.5 years. I felt good and I got complacent so I stopped for a while. However, since about few months ago my symptoms have been flaring like crazy. I added JK and Lions Mane first and some cat's claw and it took about a month before the symptoms got worse. I was getting itchy skin and rashes. I was also on antibiotics only for about 5 months and that gave me sibo. What could be the reason?

Itchy skin and rashes could also be MCAS or allergic reaction.

How do I determine if its one of those?

Lion's mane can flare MCAS, which often presents as itchy skin and rashes. That would be my first guess. Sorry you are dealing with this! I know it's frustrating to figure out all the causal relationships sometimes.

Any on advice how to deal with it? Do I treat the bart or mcas first? Or whats the best resources to look at?

Neil Nathan's book Toxic is a fantastic resource. He would definitely say to treat MCAS first. Stopping your body's reactivity will help it to tolerate other kinds of treatment better and reduce the burden on your immune system.
