That does sound promising, Cignet. I do believe chills can be Babesia (it's one symptom my LLPA mentions for Babs) and of course sweats. When I started Minocycline awhile back, I started getting some chills. My LLPA seems to think Mino can hit Babs.

My chills so far are not extreme. I just feel kind of cold but don't shake as of yet. And it can come and go at times too.

Cignet when I had Babesia I had shivering chills, so cold I had to constantly turn up the heat or have lots of blankets. Sweating at night was just as bad. I also had terrible pain in the sides of my chest and shortness of breath(air hunger) UGH

Currently treating Babs /w Clinda/Quinine combo. Have had a few herxes where it starts out like ice is shooting through my veins.

I was cold all the time..even when everyone around me was warm.
Early on in my illness, In July, we drove to a hot, sunny place for a four day vacay.
The three people in the car wanted the air conditioner on - while I had my jacket on and my husbands jacket on my lap.
It didn’t take much to set off the shivers
Edit: I also get chills sometimes when I hear/watch the news. Anything that is emotional will get my nerves ramped up.

The sighing is probably related to air hunger. I used to do that and didn’t even know it. I would do it after walking up stairs. My one of my roommates at the time complained about
me sighing, and I didn’t even know I did it. She thought it was an emotional rather than physical response and I had to explain to her that I had trouble walking stairs and would get fatigued and short of breath. This was 10 years before life- altering symptoms started.
I had other symptoms often described with babesia all my life up until the life altering symptoms started - cold hands and feet, cold-natured and easily chilled, occasional drenching night sweats.
