welcome Nate - yes indeed, its a big problem for many many lyme sufferers - myself included
its driven largely by the inflammatory cytokines Lyme causes - especially IL-6
things that help me a little :
-1mg of melatonin 1hrs before bed
-200-300mg of L-theanine 1hrs before bed
-at least 20mins of natural sunlight each morning
-exercise - eg walking a decent distance in the day
-regular routine / bedtime / sleep hygiene ( dark room, quiet, cool )
-no coffee past lunchtime and generally try to go very easy on it ( stays in the system a long time and well known for detracting from sleep - especially deep sleep - which is the sort people with lyme need the most)
-lavender essential oil on pillow napkin or vaporizer of some sort
-long hot bath before bed
