Can anyone who’s had the vaccine give me any advice on what they did to make it as easy as possible. I’m nervous about getting it and kicking up my lyme symptoms. I get the Moderna one. Thanks in advance.

I haven't gotten vaccinated yet, but I would try to get a good night's sleep the night before.

Please let us know how it goes.

The best advice I got was to stay hydrated both before and after the vaccine. Let yourself rest if you need to and take Tylenol AFTER if you have any discomfort.I received
My second Pfizer shot two weeks ago.

My LLMD practice advises to load up on antioxidants beforehand, particularly vitamin C and glutathione. Try to get good sleep and not stress, even if you feel crummy for a few days afterward. Good luck!

Just wanted to check in and let you all know that I've had very mild symptoms since the vaccine. I drank lots of water (alkaline water mostly) and took vit c and gluthathione in good amounts. Had some discomfort in my arm, felt a little shivery a couple of times but nothing major. My lyme symptoms are the same so no increase or decrease there. Thanks to all for your support.

I just got my second dose two days ago. Didn't notice anything but a sore arm.
