Monthly Flares?

Just curious if anyone else experiences the same thing as me. about once every 4-6 weeks I experience one night of what I can describe as intense flu like symptoms: body/neck aches, very bad headache and sometimes nausea or gastro problems. What's interesting is that it happens even when I am not actively treating lyme or co's, so it doesn't feel like a regular herx.

Does anyone else experience this?

many lyme MD's write about a 3-5week cycle of symptoms with lyme in general.
( it reproduces very slowly - approx once every 28 days - which is thought to be the reason for these cycles)
and particularly in women it is common to have flares in symptoms around the time of their period
