Lyme hanging out in replaced knees?

Both my husband and I have had our knees replaced, mine in 2015 and his in 2011 & 2016, we both have Lyme. Except for occasional, usually self induced flares (like falling down on my ribs and fracturing one, (eye roll here) I have made greater more consistent strides in healing. That being said, my knees still hurt and his are unbearably painful most days. Has anyone had experience with this?

We did get him some CopperFit knee braces and that along with CBD help for a few hours but not enough long term.

Hi, I had Bartonella cause arthritic like pain in a knee that had a prior injury. Later I developed horrible ongoing pain at the site of a medical device I'd had for a year. Then another, then PICC lines got infected... It spread through my body as a nuerological pain and eventually infected my heart. Mainstream medicine did not, would not treat the underlying problem and assured me at every step that it wasn't an infection. Yes, I would see if a Lyme doctor recommends bartonella treatment. I am 4 years free of pain that I used to need narcotics to manage.
