I've done IV ozone with UVBI.
I've done IV ozone at 3 different ND offices. One of those offices was a Holtorf branch and they include UVBI with their ozone. For them it's standard. The tube they use to return the blood back into you with the ozone (they use gravity vs a machine) has a wand that looks similiar to a kaleidoscope. It's placed in the UV machine and your blood flows through it on the way back to your body. Since we all percieve things differently here's a pic with an explanation.

I herxed after my first ozone but was fine two days later. I was just shy of two years treating at that point. They can adjust the amount of ozone they use. I saw someone mention that they got two big syringes full of ozone mixed with their blood on here sometime in the last week or so. I got 8 since I'd already had 12 treatments. Start low and see how you handle it.
