Hey all,
I wrote up a blog post about
my experience a year after stem cells and the carnivore diet.
https://www.kristensimental.com/lyme-blog/2019/3/5/infusio-one-year-laterIt looks long, but it's mostly the big list of 70+ symptoms I had over six years and how they've improved or not. Hint: Most of my symptoms improved with the carnivore diet. It's a bit up and down at the moment. My period has thrown me for a loop and I'm flaring big time. Still, it's not the kind of flares that took me down for days and days. Even though I'm having a rough time at the moment, it's not as bad as pre-Carnivore. The post also goes into my reasoning behind switching to Carnivore after 26 years a vegetarian.
For me, my period flares me big time: Joint pain, lightheaded, dry skin, irritable stomach, diarrhea. I've had a return of costochondritis (which I suspect is acid reflux) and some light anxiety. It's also been a stressful month. Our cat died and it seems like my whole family is sick: Deaths, heart attacks, strokes, cancer. Good lord.
Sending you all love. Happy to answer questions.
