Houttunyia herx

Hi everyone! Coming back to this wanderfull forum after being 2 weeks on houttunyia. When i started it was fine. After 2 days I started having numbness in my feet. Not bad at all, it was manageable. I started drinking apple cider vinegar for detoxing along with foot empsom salts baths, dry brushing, lemon water... The Apple vinegar was the new thing that I added. And I realized that I was feeling worse... So looking at my symptoms again I think I'm dealing with Candida as well. I will do another post about that. But yesterday things started to get worse. I had a feeling that I couldn't take breath. I got a panic attack after that and I started to feel really dizzy. I slept well but when I woke up I realized that I can't even go to the kitchen without having a sensation of not having enough air in my lungs. Panic attack again... my both arms went numb and felt dizzy again. I have read in the forum that Houttuynia is a really strong herb, but, can it cause that symptoms? Thank you!

My herbalist sent me a mixture which have Houttuynia inside... so I can't lower the dosage if I do I will also be getting lower amounts of the other herbs...

Absolutely can happen. I wasnt too bad with houttyunia tbh, bt added sida acuta and forget it. Minutes later I felt like I was getting my last breath of air. Very similar to when they gave me too much morphine when I had my c-sections. My heart was plummeting through the roof, I felt panic and anxiety with body temperature going up. Then came the sweating and shaking chills, so I was wrapped in a blanket with chills and shaking whilst sweating at the same time. I felt like a person on crack. I paced back and forth and talked lots and I didnt know what else to do. I can honestly say it felt 10x worse than a bad trip from smoking marijuana. Lol I thought I was the only person this had happened to, bt I just made another post about glycerite form of buhner oils and the ethanol (alcohol) kind. I'm extremely sensitive to the ethanol it these oils and I'm thinking that makes us feel really screwed up as well. I started with 11 drops of sida/houttyunia and nothing happened and I must have ordered a crappy brand. I ordered from woodland essense after that which are buhners herbs and when i tell u only 1 drop and I herxed so extreme I'm not joking or lying. When I couldnt breath , I seriously never wanted to touch this stuff again, bt I dnt like antibiotics so.

So it's not only me! I've read that it can be creepy but I never thought that it would affect me SO much. I want to keep taking that mixture.I think I can handle it... I went to hospital because at first I thought I had covid, because of the breath problems. They made an antigen test and it's negative. They've also checked my oxygen and it was fine. I had a little of fever too. Now I'm feeling exhausted but not as bad as today morning. Hope that it will get better.
Also I didn't know that cider vinegar can break biofilms, first time ever I read this! :o

I have not touched sida since as not breathing feels scary and it kind of traumatized me lol I do need to take herbals though bt I'm extremely sensitive to everything for some reason

I took sida for 30 days and I herxed from it but not as much as with Houttuynia I remember that I couldn't sleep mich and I had strange visions at nights, like waking up seeing fractals and weird stuff. I made a post last time I took soda acuta.
