Have you evaluated for mold and mycotoxins? If not, you should. CIRS is typically caused by exposure to mold in water damaged buildings, but it can be caused by other biotoxins, as well.

Do they do a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan on the first visit? Do they do video appointments?

They’ve been doing video appointments but I’m not sure how it works for first visit. I live a few states away and would generally do a combo of phone and in person. That being said their policy is much more relaxed with COVID. Clinical diagnosis is part of it, as well as labs. I think I started treatment pretty soon after my first appointment but I may have had to wait for some lab work. Good luck! I have loved my care there.
