B Complex Side Effects

Has anyone responded poorly to a B complex, not including a niacin flush? I'm having digestive issues, and wondering if a new B complex I added about a month ago might be the culprit. I would have thought that side effects would be rare, since B vitamins are water-soluble and excess amounts should be excreted in urine. But this would not be the first time I reacted to something others generally find agreeable!

I have a really hard time with B Complexes that have very high doses. Digestive issues, anxiety, irritability. It's tricky because I know I am low in several of the B vitamins, especially B2.

That is a whopping big dose of B vitamins.

That B12 dose is huge (almost 10x the multi B I take), and as methyl form may be causing you issues.

The short version, you may be having methylation issues. Too much and it may be setting off inflammatory cytokines, which most of us here probably have a problem with. Shows up as MCAS.

It turned out I was not ok with B12 methyl subcutaneous injections.

Look at Fisetin, Quercetin, Luteolin, to control inflammatory cytokines. These are all over the counter. These will all help MCAS. I could go on about these,

Try 1/4 or 1/2 dose of your current B.
