Hi! I just wanted to know if some moms out there had a successful treatment with their kids. What have you done to treat your little ones? I would love to read some positive stories of healing lyme as is such a lonely journey for me. I need some encouragement. I've read couple of posts in this forum of a successful treatment with their children. One of the mom's used propolis and it worked good as well. Anyone out there used propolis? What about buhner protocol? I'm about to start giving my son Japanese knotweed... Still waiting for the tinctures to arrive. He's on amoxicillin now and I'm giving him omega 3, reishi, vitamin C, D and probiotics. I just want to heal him ♡

in general i get the impression kids have better odds than adults - if treated appropriately

they are strong and adaptable and their immune systems are younger and have had less insults over the years - so that seems to work in their favour

Breezy, thank you so much! I will check up that websites now. What about the dosages of everything? Because everything that I'm looking at, I mean, the supplements, is for children 3+ years or even more, at least the brands that we have in Spain. My son is 2 years old. Garzie! Thank you! I know that children recover quickly and deal with diseases better than us. But he's so small that it breaks my heart! He's doing well and had no issues with the antibiotics. Thank you!

My son was successfully treated for Lyme by Dr. DI remotely, using a combination of LDI and the modified Cowden herbal protocol.

Before Dr. I, he was treated by Dr. Ty Vincent using nothing but LDI.

Dr. I weaned him off the LDI and onto the modified Cowden herbs.

The LDI was a little rough at times. I don't necessarily recommend it as a first resort. Hindsight is 20/20.

P.S. My son's entire problem isn't Lyme, although it has been the number one problem of his life.

He has stage two PANDAS, meaning it started with strep, but did not get nipped in the bud at the time. Then it progressed to stage two, meaning anything that revs up the IL-17 inflammatory pathway can cause a PANDAS flare (even if there is not a whiff of strep). In stage 2 PANDAS everything from staph aureus in the sinuses, to the flu, can cause a PANDAS flare.

In addition to testing for Lyme, it can be so helpful in children to do a test called the Cunningham Panel. This test will pick up anti-neuronal antibodies that are so common in PANDAS/PANS kids. So frequently PANDAS/PANS are co-morbid in Lyme kids.

Right now my son's immune system has decided it is no longer too concerned about Lyme, but it is flaring up stage 2 PANDAS with a vengeance.

Just something to be alert about as a possibility.
