Better to Start or Wait?

I'm thinking of starting one drop of Teasel soon. Then adding in Cryptoleptis, Sida acuta, Japanese Knotweed. By the drop as well.

I had a very weird experience with Lion's Mane mushroom. That lasted about 2 months. But, most of the symptoms have subsided. Some just kind of are lingering.

Should I start now? Or wait? I'm already pretty debilitated to begin with. Not sure if I should have patience for all the Lion's Mane reaction symptoms to go away. Or to just start.

i am only moderately sensitive to things like herbs and antibiotics -

but i found teasel, sida and cryptolepis the strongest herbs in terms of the herx like reaction.

i had tried buhners suggested doses a couple of times and felt like death - unbelievable fatigue and all over pain and aching. managed 4 weeks of that one time - but i had to stop and it was not curative.

in the end i decided to do his Lyme immune modulating herbs first ( knotweed, dan shen, skullcap, cordyceps, kudzu etc - all these were much easier tolerated in my case - and did move me forward a little ) - and then slowly add these co-infections herbs later as i felt more able to tolerate them - and even then i had to go slowly as i had flares in fatigue, aching and insomnia.

the later approach seems to be working for me - i am now back to buhner doses or more and have entirely manageable mild herx like reactions - i can still function and in fact am around 50% recovered now. so its working for me.
