Thanks for the response!
I am aware what VEGF means and the processes that it's involved in.
It is however, not solely expressed by mast cells.
That is not correct.

Thank you for clarifying what you meant.

I am not sure what you mean by 'lol' or 'laughing out loud'. My impression was that we were having a civil discussion.

As to "the point of my comment" (as you just stated), I was merely having a conversation with you and wanted to clarify an oversimplification that you made. Which was this:

"VEGF - Released by mast cells"

I am glad that you are now aware that it is not all "related" to MCAS. That was the only thing I wanted to correct.

Forest to answer the "why" question that you raised:

This is a public forum and the intention here is to discuss diseases with others. To share information, experience and offer help to others. So a small correction should be very well in place here when it comes to information regarding these diseases.

In regards to this: "when I have never spoken to you before"

There are many people here who have never spoken to each other before. That is kind of the point here: to meet and talk with strangers who are going through the same.

There is no need to forgive me because I have not made a mistake, VEGF is not solely expressed by mast cells. That is a fact.
