I managed this with stretches and attention to posture. There are some yoga poses commonly recommended for gallstones that I did twice per day, plus some other stretches for that area of my abdomen, especially before bed and first thing in the morning. Throughout the day, I noticed that I crunched my abdomen in that area and often held tension there, so I made sure to breathe deeply into my belly and sit differently, especially with my laptop. There was no easy fix, just basically a physical therapy approach. It's a super annoying problem that can cause a surprising amount of pain!
