Diet and exercise, two important health factors...knowing that and doing things right are 2 different things, or said a different way, more easily said than done---this past year I lost a bunch of weight, and briefly weighed in at around my high school weight---I don't know if it was stress, strict eating or both. I had been eating mostly clean source of vegetarian protein and mostly ketogenic for about
6-8 months, some intermittent fasting, and avoiding sugar mostly, the brand I use (Orgain) uses pea protein and "superfoods" and I take probiotics when I can afford them, agreed the gut absorption and mood and everything gets very supported...
also... well people can eat many different diets and still be healthy (agree with thinking skeptically diets are the cure-all)
...any activity, even light hobbies or yoga, or stretching can improve this, or if you can stay busy around the house or job if you have one/found one (or two)...
not too much weight was lost without being found again lol (during the holidays...oi)--so then around the holidays, the leftovers and more leftovers (can't waste food) and I'm back to about
again the 20lbs I lost earlier this year, so don't be so hard on yourself I had my only about
once-a-year giant bowl of sugary cereal today (I shall pay with aches, pains and more but oh well, I feel okay right now,) it was almost a morale boost, and that's what worked for me today, what works for you could be vastly different!
