I have been reading some about
mold treatment lately, and this is what I have planned for the next months. I will likely add some antifungals for the nose after a while with this.
Goal:
Focus on mold, with a low amount of herxing.
No buying of new treatment or supplements outside of this, except for binders.
Main treatment
Argentyn 23 nasal spray
Binders
Mixing Takesumi supreme, GI Detox, and Ultra Binder. I will try with Chlorella again soon (have not taken them in over two years)
Treatment to mix with
Oil of Oregano and black cumin oil. Will try Samento also as we have it at home.
Detox, vagus nerve, and limbic system
3 x 25 min IR-sauna each week.
Where I do two rounds of DNRS and finish with exercises for the vagus nerve.
Supplements for mold
NAC, liposomal glutathione, MegasporeBiotic, Sacro B.
Other supplements
Magnesium, zink, fish oil, sea buckthorn, oyster extract, broccoli sprouts powder, vit C, vit D
Other things for health
Cold therapy, earthing, massage gun, yoga, fasting, low-level laser therapy, exercise, time in nature, sleep, diet.
I will also use a neti pot when needed, as I often get stuffed in my nose.
I have only been taking Takesumi supreme for a long time, and I react more now when I take GI Detox as it binds to other toxins.
I will focus on treating the nasal area with Argentyn 23, but hope to mix in the other treatment 2-3 days a week.
The goal is to herx very little, where I have to perform in school/work 5-6 days a week.
I need to figure out how often to take both treatment and supplements, without herxing too much, and I think that will be the biggest challenge. I need to plan more than before around treatment and listen to my body more.
