The sink water is full of chlorine and toxins and probably some parasites that can not deal with now and buying bottle of water has so much plastic poisonings . I think at this time, I want to focus on Eating healthy, getting so much minerals and vitamins in my diet and eating clean and drinking clean with organic whole foods that still have healthy dirt minerals and clean fresh water from some filtering machine while cooking with cast iron and other stuff that has no toxins on it .

We use a Travel Berkey + fluoride filter and also a Berkey filter in the shower for chlorine. It works great for two people.

We just use a Brita filter.
We do have very clean water from our upper lakes but they do add some chlorine.
The City also disinfects its water with ultra violet irradiation.

I would say the best bet is an under the counter reverse osmosis filter. You can get one that adds back minerals as well. And then a filter on your showerhead.
