Manku Horny nasal spray for staph in nose?

I have an irritated nose that makes it hard to breathe and so I decided to add in Manku Honey medical grade nasal spray, it’s the only nasal spray that does not cause burning, it’s soothing to my nose and I think it may be helping but when I take it my nose runs and plugs up sometimes and I’m wondering if this a common reaction when you’re treating an infection in the nose? Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I got a bloody nose from bartonella, and a stuffy nose was often viral, or MCAS from Lyme. What makes you think it's staph?

A neti pot might do better. Or a dropper. I find sprays only go so far up the nose and those more aggressive infections need something more.
Try Results RNA ACS 200 Silver and make a solution with a neti pot or use a dropper and snort it right up into the top of the nasal passages and then massage the lower part of your nose. It works overtime.
Do the same with manuka honey spray if you like, or, anything else that can hit an infection - unless you get a strongly adverse reaction keep going.
I took manuka honey for H. Pylori I don't remember thinking it did much. But others swear by it.
Difficult infections need a consistent 3 times a day approach for more than a month and these if it is still there when you ease off it might pay to look at what might be hampering your immune system.
