Intense Herx on OregaRESP - Why?

I've been mostly away from the forums just to try to live my life and not try to focus on my symptoms as much, but I started a product called OregaRESP and it's caused a pretty intense herx. I know for sure its this specific product because I have started and stopped it several times and every time I start it, for a few days I get the following symptoms:

Neck pain in the back right around the base of my skull
Brain Fog
Severe Fatigue
Dizziness

I'm curious of why I would be getting these herx reactions from this supplement as it seems to be the only supplement that causes a herx for me. Especially the neck pain.. super strange.

Here is the ingredient list..
Multiple spice oil complex (cumin, wild sage, cinnamon, and wild oregano oils)
Wild, organic, mountain-grown oregano oil
Cinnamon oleo-resin
Wild, organic, mountain-grown sage oil
Mountain-grown cumin oil
Extra virgin olive oil

Is this most likely hitting a virus? Candida? Parasites? Lyme? All of the above? Like I said, I dont typically get a herx from supplements so this must be hitting something pretty hard.

LOL, yes, you do need to be careful with oregano oils! They can be pretty potent for some of us - I know I need to be careful about using it as well - but it's very effective for me for many things!

I found it hit viruses, bacterial infections, and more - so it could be addressing all of the things you mentioned. It was the one herb I could take to stop bronchitis in its steps, as each time I got bronchitis, it would progress to being on the verge of pneumonia all too quickly, and I would be 'threatened' with being admitted to the hospital every time.

Do be sure you take probiotics while using this! It will kill off some good bacteria as well as bad bacteria in the intestines, just like antibiotics do.

both oregano oil and cinnamon oil have pretty potent effects against bart in particular
this was underlined in one of the Zhang studies

many people who suffer extreme herx like symptoms seem to have bart infections as it seems to drive heightened sensitivity to herbs and any killing treatments

i believe it also has effectiveness for Babesia and Lyme - maybe other things too
its also pretty hard on the gut microbiome

fluconazole is also active for bartonella - but will also typically need more combos or longer duration to cure it
bart causes lots of gastric issues too.
bloating, poor digestion, discomfort, gurgling, colitis, gastritis to name just a few

so could it be that the symptoms you associate with candida are actually bart?
