OSR vs Alpha Lipoic Acid discussion!?

Hi guys waist deep in research here so I'm after personal experiance non biased "if that makes sense" input here so if we look at osr its structure has 2 rotating arms with sulfer hydrogen atoms that are said to permanently bind and render mercury non toxic in humen tissues! Being fat soluble it is believed to cross into the blood brain barrier however its half life is unknown and I felt redistribution symtoms taking it once a day I love the science of it and wish more info would come out.

Now for Alpha lipoic acid (ala) from my understanding the ala used in chelation is RS ALA (a 50/50 split of r ala and s ala) now ala is fat and water soluble so does cross into the brain aswell we know its half life and it also (once it conversion inside cells it is transformed in Dihydrolipoic acid which also has 2 sulfer hydrogen atoms on it however we know alas half life and it is a well known potent anti oxidant its also said that the gap between the SH atoms on ala is not big enough to hold onto a mercury atom for long hench why its protocol involves round the clock dosage but if this is correcty done how would this not be a better choice then the lesser know ala?

I'm not hating on osr at all IT MOST CERTAINLY DOES CHELATE AS I HAVE SYMPTOMS! HOWEVER I've not used ala so can a few of you with experience please chim in on this discussion thankyou in advance.

Interesting I really would like some of the experience of others on this topic I've dug so deep into both ala and osr and both seem solid at intracellular mercury chelation but there's just so much unknown potentially serious stuff not known about osr.

I’m somewhat of a technical geek, gotta say this is beyond me though! So yeah, I’m not gonna be of much help.

What is Osr?

I used Alpha lipoic acid in the past while on heavy duty ABX for my LLMD suggestion. Can’t say I really noticed any pros or cons to it. In higher quantities it was a little rough on my gut though.

Do used to be a lot of discussion on test for that here in the past and of course the option to get it moving around in you or just leave it dormant before testing.

I remember there is a very popular metals test which you never hear about here anymore, it was full of controversy.
