Rosacea much likelier than Lupus

Update: I saw my dermatologist on Tuesday and he’s pretty sure my butterfly looking rash is Rosacea. He did not think it’s Lupus. He put me on ivermectin cream for the rash and I could do 40 mg doxycycline also if it doesn’t get better with the cream. Thanks all for your help.
