Yes oxalate. I shouldn't have used an acronym. The anti-candida diet did me in. So much food on that diet is high in oxalates. Below is a pretty good article.

A lot of urinary tract issues are caused by oxalates. However my issues are in my muscles - the pain is really bad after eating them. And then when I go back on a low/medium oxalate diet, they create pain leaving the muscles.
The bacteria in our guts that digest oxalates are destroyed by the antibiotics. Unfortunately they haven't come up with a probiotic to replace it.
Interestingly oxalate feed candida. My stomach bloat eventually went a way after lowering oxalates.
