I started out using Enzymetica digestive enzymes and felt worse. Then I saw the Functional MD who diagnosed me with CIRS/mold. She had me try Orthomolecular Ortho Digestzymes, and they worked much better without adverse effects for me. When I looked at the label on Enzymedica (and other store bought enzymes), I discovered that most were derived from mold, including toxigenic species of molds.
I just looked at Orthomolecular’s website. They actually have 3 digestive enzyme products:
DG Protect - for gluten and dairy
Digestzyme-V - has a ton if stuff, but doesn’t identify if it’s derived from fungi or not
Ortho Digestzyme - pancreatine, betain Hcl, pepsin, ox bile, bromelain, papain.
Here’s their list of products.

account where you can get the products at a discount.

UPDATE:
I contacted Orthomolecular after posting this and asked about
the source of enzymes. Here is their response: “Several of the enzymes in Digestzyme-V are sourced from fungi species such as Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus oryzae, Torchoderma longibrachiatum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.”
