No matter what form of infection it is and no matter how you treat that infection , if you guess what the correct one anyway it’s gonna take a while to make your foot pain go away. Maybe a long time.
Doesn’t help you out for the pain you’re feeling today at all. So while you try to figure out the cause there are free things you can do to help with the pain today.
This requires some self analyzing of your pain patterns that increase it etc.
Questions to ask yourself;First of all what increases it ? more use or less use? Any certain positions you sleep on it have an effect on the foot pain?
Remember pain is caused by more than several things. Long-term inflammation, acute injury, pain from nerves, muscle damage, stiff tendons or tendon damage.
Tingling and electric shocks are certainly caused from nerves, sometimes pinched nerves.
These infections seem to cause circulation problems in the tissues, all tissues. This sometimes creates crunchy muscles and stiff tendons. They can be on the surface or very internal close to the bone. When this happens this creates nutritional deficiencies in the tissue, which results in stiffness, Aches or pain.
So you need to manually get the circulation moving. Gently standing on a golf ball cupping it with the underside of your foot is very painful your foot is tighter than it should be. Gently doing this and increasing it in time or create better circulation. The tendons in the bottom of your foot, which control it start in your lower leg. Any problems in the lower leg can result in pain and stiffness in the foot.
So, to add to the detective work google / image :foot tendons and muscles. you’ll see a lot. Follow the tendons and muscles to figure out where the massage them on your leg. Doing this might actually wear out your wrist.
So here’s a trick if you have a non-modern bathroom that has a beveled edge countertop, use this to rub your lower leg on. There are several different chiropractic trademark terms for this why go there when you can do it for free? Depending on how creative you are with googling on YouTube you can find us there as well.
Just remember a crunchy muscle or tendon is not healthy. And any nerve that goes right up against that crunchy tendon or muscle is gonna have problems from it. The adjacent tissues in our bodies should slide against each other not stick against each other. These infections can make tissues stick against each other.
I can go on and on with this as I have in the past but this is the basic starting point- google a lot about
this and you’ll figure it out.
I have also had great success with Solomons seal tincture used topically in areas that do not have much fat under the skin such as the ankle and foot. This is about
$15 an ounce online. This doesn’t just seem to make the pain go away but it seems to actually heal. But if you not do the manual muscle tendon work you’ll have minimal results. As always the more work you do the better the results, you can have results in a matter of a few days but you have to keep on doing it, good luck
(I did this using the voice thing on my phone , as usual it doesn’t understand me very well and makes up stuff so there may be some wrong words in there lol)
