The buy-dharma website states 1.2M IU = 1ml. When I was buying Pfizer's pre-made syringes from Canada they were 1.2M IU = 2ml. Is the difference because the water is not added yet?
Yes so the 1.2M IU is the active ingredient, so the powder. So basically in this example, both are exactly the same, it's just that one is diluted more (the 2 ml), so you would inject 2 ml instead of 1 ml but get the same amount of medication in your body.

Have you used this form of Bicillin before?
I have never used any Bicillin before. I use injectable peptides, testosterone and treat myself with meds ordered abroad, so that's why I chimed in here haha.

If so is there a particular place you buy your medical water/needles/etc.
Yes, so you need 3 things: needles + syringes, alcohol wipes and medical sterile water.
First you need to decide if you're going to inject subcutaneous (right under the skin layer) or intramuscular (in the muscle). I'm going to guess that Bicillin needs to be in the muscle.
When it comes to needles + syringes you have 2 choices. Which is to buy them where they come in one (without detachable needle). Or with detachable needles.
Then, there are 3 specifications to pay attention to :
Diameter of the needle hole (ie. 29 Gauge)
Length of the needle (ie. 0.5")
Volume of the syringe (ie. 1ML)
If you want to inject in the muscle, you probably want more than half an inch depending on how much body fat you have. Actually if you press hard enough it will probably get in most people's muscle but I would get a longer needle.
Gauge is basically how much of a hole it creates, as it's the diameter of the needle. I like to use the smallest ones, which means I need a higher Gauge.
To really simplify it, in my experience:
21 Gauge and below, can hurt and cause some unnecessary bleeding.
29 Gauge and up, and you'll barely feel it.
Everything in between depends on the person.
Now the volume of the syringe, you'll want to sort of match that with how much water you'll be adding. I would personally add a bit of volume so it's easier to deal with and to account for the water displacement. So for example, if you'll add 2 ml of water, I would get a 2.5 ml volume syringe.
Do not inject air ever, make sure that's out of the syringe before injectingAlcohol wipes are usually sold on the same websites as the needles (I'll list them bellow).
As for the medical water. You'll have to read the box of vials to see what water needs to be added (ie. bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection or other form).
If it's bac water you can buy that here:
