Does anyone have experience with enula? Dr J prescribed me it. What does it treat and is it hard to take? Its 10 drops 2x a day

I took Enula - didn’t seem to affect me at all.

I’m taking it now as part of my Babesia protocol. I can’t say I’ve noticed anything positive or negative from taking it.

I am almost done with my second round of Babesia treatment. I’ve been up front on Lyme forums that I believe Bartonella is a primary issue for myself due to symptom profile. Despite that I’m allowing myself to go through Jemsek’s standardized treatment plan. As expected I haven’t found any benefit to this Babesia treatment but I’m going to finish what I’m scheduled for.

I’m pretty sure my issues are/have been Bart but it’s good to treat Babesia as well - to cover all bases…

Are you supposed to take Enula on empty stomach?

Also Lymie24, I believe bart is a main issue for me too. I did test positive for bart but not Babesia. I am also on my 2nd round of Babesia but I have made some improvements from the start but my main symptoms still there. So im not sure if I do have Babesia because I am also taking some things for Lyme and bart like cryptolepsis. Im hoping in this next 3 months of treatment I make an even bigger stride. Have you made any improvements since the start?

I take herbs 30 minutes before I eat, but from what I can recall I think Buhner's advice was it didn't matter if herbs were taken with or without food. I think I might have gotten the 30 minutes before routine from Cowden's protocol, but not sure.

I had a little improvement at the start, but I don't think I have made much progress from there. Still getting lots of flares. Still non-functional much of the time.
