Definitely an unsafe environment. You have high levels of some of the worst molds and not a single mold tested was zero. Praying you can get into a clean environment very soon.
Please read up on what to do about
your stuff. It can make a world of difference for better or worse. I couldn’t even tolerate the clothes that I brought from the moldy houses. Even after washing them repeatedly in Borax, I can still detect toxins on them. What to Do about

As far as understanding the ERMI, this is the HERTSMI-2 calculator:
https://www.mycometrics.com/hertsmi.htmlMold Species Spore E./mg Points
Aspergillus penicilloides 4
Aspergillus versicolor 6
Chaetomium globosum 4
Stachybotrys chartarum 4
Wallemia sebi 0
HERTSMI-2 Score Total Points 18
10 points are assigned for: Units are in Spore E./mg
Aspergillus penicilloides >500
Aspergillus versicolor >500
Chaetomium globosum >125
Stachybotrys chartarum >125
Wallemia sebi >2500
6 points are assigned for: Units are in Spore E./mg
Aspergillus penicilloides 100-499
Aspergillus versicolor 100-499
Chaetomium globosum 25-124
Stachybotrys chartarum 25-124
Wallemia sebi 500-2499
4 points are assigned for: Units are in Spore E./mg
Aspergillus penicilloides 10-99
Aspergillus versicolor 10-99
Chaetomium globosum 5-24
Stachybotrys chartarum 5-24
Wallemia sebi 100-499
Interpretation of HERTSMI-2 Score:
<11 Statistically safe for re-entry for those with CIRS.
11-15 Borderline; Clean first and then re-test before re-entry.
>15 Dangerous for those with CIRS. Do not enter.

Somewhere in the archives, Shoemaker said that OSHA said if Group I total plus Group II total is greater than 30, that is cause for concern.
Group I Total - 37.81
Group II Total - 20.19
Combined Total - 58

Group I molds are the ones typically found in water damaged buildings. They are all problematic, not just the ones included in the HERTSMI-2 score. Aspergillus fumigatus and niger are high and those are bad. Chaetomium and Stachybotrus scores are very concerning and indicate an active leak or wetness somewhere. I have never had one of those that high on any of the 6 tests I have done.

For what it’s worth, the HERTSMI-2 in the first house I fled was 10 and my workplace was 8. Moved in with a relative whose HERTSMI-2 was 4 to begin with and was 18 when I fled there after a number of water incidences occurred (hot water heater in the attic leaked onto the ceiling, then a toilet seal was found leaking, and the final straw was a leak discovered under the kitchen sink). Statistically, my house and workplace were “safe.” However, they were NOT safe for me, and I became extremely sensitized not only to the mold toxins but also to a host of chemicals, like fragrance.
