i take around 1/2 to 1mg per night to help with sleep
seems to help with going off to sleep easier - more than staying asleep
i think i have also noticed that if i take more than this i tend to be more groggy in the next morning - but hard to be sure as mornings are generally my worst time in any case
i have heard of people taking 25mg or more as an anti-inflammatory - and read about
potent anti-inflammatory effects
but i have also noticed that it is a restricted drug in some countries - eg the UK - and there are potential problems with its use - including some people who feel its permanently and seriously damaged their sleep wake cycle and overall health - i haven't dug deeper - but perhaps this is why is is restricted in some countries
i think i would want to know more about
the potential risks before taking more than the 1mg type doses
