Dr. J's patients - plaquenil (or anyone who knows about plaquenlil)

Plaquenil was original prescribed for Lyme in combination with a macrolide class abx (zith, clarithromycin, etc) to improve cellular ph which increases abx efficacy. This is one of the original Donta Protocols. Some LLMDs also suspect it is a mild cyst buster, and I think it was used a long time ago to treat malaria.

I've used it many times in various combination protocols over the past 12 years of treatment and found it to be very easy to tolerate. With long term use it is advised to get an eye exam regularly. Due to the bad press (unwarranted) it got during COVID it is more difficult to obtain.

trkane, it probably will work to some extent on babs as well, but there are other preferred treatment like Mepron or artemisinin (sp?) that have better success rates.

I was aware Plaq was also used for Lupus. Good luck treating that along with Lyme and Co's.

That is probably why i dont remember using it. I am getting it confused with my son's lyme doctor. She used it.

I remember using mepron. That will never fade from my mind. It is the most disgusting stuff. Plus expensive - or at least it used to be.
