I ate a lot more meat and way less veggies in the spring, the result :
my half decent Clorestrall got worse. So that’s three of us here that confirmed this. (Edit: that was not aware that this may be temporary)
And with all that meat I was getting somewhat constipated too.I went back to eating a mixed but healthy diet.
Good thing about
eating all that meat, I had zero sugar in me.

Sugar rant-
The only sugar I do get is from the healthier gluten-free granola bars, which I was not eating at the above time.
I wish they would just stop adding sugar altogether. If they tasted like tree bark ,I’d still eat it for a snack as long as it fills my stomach.
And the ones that they add figs too, that’s a huge no-no, absolutely ridiculous! Unbelievable how much sugar is in a fig. I don’t care if it’s natural not we’re not supposed to eat sugar cubes. Figs just give gut bugs something to digest. And what was the result of me eating nutritional bars with figs,?..... farting all day the next day lol!!! Do not feed gut bugs.!
