Girlie that is awesome…I didn’t realize u had been off that long! Are u just getting by without abx or are u cured? Or at least completely symptom free for now?

If u ever need abx again, the usgobuy sounds cool but another option is parcel to parcel in Point Roberts…the little piece of USA next to Tsawassen. I used to ship stuff there. I really hope u are cured.

I am on “maintenance” - which started out taking abx one week a month.
I have been stretching the time off for the past few years and will at some point stop taking the abx.
I am currently on 9 weeks off.

I will take abx again in a a few weeks which will be 12 weeks off.

Then after that I will do maybe
5 or 6 months off.
- unless I get symptoms before that .

Unless I change my mind - lol

They could maybe get in trouble, but I think maybe they are regulated by the college of naturopathic physicians instead of the regular regulating body for MD's? Not sure. She said she just had a meeting with the college and they are happy with how and why she's prescribing, so she just seemed pretty confident.

I have enough abx for one more “round”
I am due to see DrJ - I’m pretty sure he won’t give me anymore scripts without an in-person appt.

I have a couple issues remaining - my short term memory and back pain.
I don’t know if it’s active infection or just damage that may or may not resolve over time.
I am thinking it’s the latter.

I checked my stock - I have enough abx (riffy, Ceftin, mino and Tinidazole) for two more cycles and then a third without the riffy.

So I will do a protocol in the next few weeks. (It will be 3 months OFF)
And then one more - date to be determined. (Maybe after 4 or 5 months off)
If I herx on the first one - then I won’t lengthen the time off for the next one.

When you take abx, do you get any improvement in cognitive? Then it decreases as the weeks go by until your next round?

That is where I am. I can't get it to "stick"

No I don’t get an improvement in my cognition with the abx that decreased as time went on.
If anything it was the opposite - when I was on the Persisters protocol - my brain was like mush and improved some when I was off them.
