I did 10 dives over the past month or so. 2.0 atmospheres in a hard chamber.
Found a paper on pubmed about a case study where it put two patients with psoriatic arthritis, like I have, into remission.
It did indeed work wonders for my arthritis. The arthritic inflammation and pain dropped significantly. Unfortunately the antimicrobial action seems to flare my neuropathy. Neuropathy is very sensitive to the release of LPS. Also seems to have flared my sibo because my digestion turned to garbage.
Could the neuropathy and flaring of gut symptoms be due to a herx reaction?
I realize the mechanism of action is likely different, but I have had crazy bad flareups when I've done flooded my body with oxygen with hard sustained cardio, for example a 3 mile run, over the years.
