Thank you so much. Why do you know so much about this LOL
Did you have the condition yourself??
I used to have a lot of posts on how to correct body mechanics. I basically had to rebuild / treat probably 50% of the muscles and tendons in my body. Treating the infections halted the downward progress but did not correct what was left. I had to learn how to fix it. LLMD’s do not understand this stuff.
In the past I was very competitively athletic ( even with lyme), till it got so bad i could no longer do it. So between that along with decades of lyme , my body was pretty beat up. Although my life is not very exciting anymore, I usually get to wake up most mornings pain-free. Oh and as an added bonus I actually sleep now.
I have zero healthcare clinical licensing but I’m pretty sure I could help many peoples structural problems in person, just from what I’ve learned and practiced on myself. I sought out various types of "body clinicians" (PT's, chiros ect) who were
open minded enough to explain to me what they were doing. Some these people who were willing to help also suggested several workbooks which I purchased some of, checked out some from the library, and read up some online.
ART is just one of the several forms of techniques that help correct body mechanics that are neither physical therapy nor chiropractic.
