Hey! I remember you asked me something about this and I could have sworn I responded in a previous thread but I just noticed that my reply isn't there. I'm so sorry maybe I typed it out but forgot to post it !!
The way I managed my pituitary adenoma was to first confirm with a surgeon that it doesn't need surgery. This was confirmed but I was told to get yearly MRI's to make sure it's not growing. After that, I went to an endocrinologist to handle all my hormones. As you know, the pituitary is behind many of our hormones so that's definitely something to go to an endocrinologist for.
The migraines, I'm not sure about that, that sounds like maybe the cyst is causing pressure, so that might be something to discuss with a surgeon or whoever prescribed your MRI. Maybe a neurologist.
