Hi all,
The naturopath I’m seeing currently has a bottle of liquid called ‘Lyme Kill’. She has me on it as part of a protocol. Can anyone tell me if this looks like a successful mixture? The below are the ingredients.
Polygonum cuspidatum
Andrographis paniculata
Unicaria tomentosa
Hydrastis canadensis
Hypericum perforatum
Ceanothus americanus
Cryptolepis sanguineus
Zanthoxylum clava-herculus
I've taken some of these herbs as a tincture and have herxed really hard off some of then. Cat's claw gave me pounding throwing headaches. I've tried red root which is great for the Lymph and Japanese knotweed which is great for inflammation. I was also not detoxing as well back then so it probably made me herx. Everyone is different. I'd start either these mixtures, but start low and slow like 1 drop and work your way up. Since it's a mixture you never know which herb is causing a herx which is why I chose to do individual herbs as my llmd just recommended. Still not a bad idea as everyone is different. Make sure you detox loads and I'd say go for it and see what happens and see how you feel
