All those of course, can and often are interrelated. And now your digestion/eliminuation is normal or very close to it? Cause it could be improved, but still be at 5 out of 10.
And your body might not have absorbed the calcium well. People often confuse having serum (in the bloodstream) levels of a chemical with that being absorbed into flesh, muscle, bone, nerves, etc. Those are 2 different things.
Any indigestion?
Reflux?
Sluggish bowel?
Heartburn?
Burping?
Bloating?
Stomach dystension?
Floating or beige or thin or loose stools?
Any hair loss? What's your skin like?
All good questions. Ive done a lot for everything digestive related you mentioned. Too much to mention here. covered all of that. Had all that.
My skin improved but nails did not. Guess thats the way they are- im sure its age related. Im one of those fit older guys who looks ten years younger and not even gray yet. (My face certainly looked rougher when lyme was raging though). So ive improved.
Digestion can be very complicated, we learn more from this than the actual gastro DS seem to know. Thats just wrong.
Thing is, many here will ever have perfect digestion after all of this. Lyme can cause autoimmune and food issues. My digestive is 80% better than in my lyme days. Rest of my body has been healed at about
90% for four years now. The rest is damage and autoimmune which is better controlled now than in the past.
I stick around for continuous learning and to help others since i had tick infection symptoms for a good portion of my 5 decades.
This place is very useful for most all health related issues.
Note- the vitamin and mineral tests I mentioned of are not blood serum, Spectrocell is different (the best).
