Wierd internal noises

I have been experiences noises that started in one of my ears (which has always been a lyme/bartonella hot spot for me). To me the sound is like a bunch of just born animals looking for their mother. They don't sound angry but it is fairly high pitched squealing almost. It only happens at night when I am lying down. After a few weeks the noises moved into my chest and are now a little above and between my breasts. It doesn't appear to be effected by my breathing. It is so noisy it keeps me awake. My first thought was parasites so I started taking Melatonin 20mg since I knew parasites don't like it. But nothing has changed. I also have babesia.

Has anybody ever heard of such a thing? Any ideas what I should look at or for. I've searched the internet and haven't found anything. Thanks in advance for any insights.

I'm taking A-Bab for babesia. My ears felt like they had shards of glass in them. I couldn't lie comfortably on them. To sleep on my side I would make a hole for my ear between 2 pillows. I don't feel the sharp shards now but more just a little pressure when I lie on them. What helped my ears significantly was a laser treatment on my facial nerves for a phantom toothache (really nerve pain). Which I assumed was bartonella related. I do take A-Bart also. Was on Doxycyline for 6 months until my gut couldn't take it any more. Still trying to recover from that. And yes, I was taking probiotics the whole time.

I was being treated by a naturopath, lyme specialist who in NH can subscribe pharmaceuticals. At my last visit she took the list of supplements I designed and was taking and returned them to me as my treatment plan for the next month. I wondered why I way paying her. I need to find someone who will take the time to explain things, the pro/cons of possible treatments. And give me time to figure out if it is the right approach for me. I do try to listen to my body and figure out what is best for me. But this whole noise thing has me stymied.

I see a holistic dentist but there has been no mention of Cavitat or Conebeam scan. I'll need to look further. Thanks for giving me the scan names to search for. It will help me in finding a more accommodating dentist.

Interesting choice for parasites. I wouldn't have even considered it an option. I'll be doing some research. Thank you for your insights.
