Severe nerve pain is back. Scared

I've not had it bad for a couple mos and bam, back twice in a day. This type of pain makes me want to do bad things to myself. And man I feel like I've tried everything.
Nothing happened that I know of. As usual it seems random.
What has worked for you guys? I'm so so scared.

Can you share a few more details about where in your neck it is, what the pain feels like, etc.? Soreness, shooting, stabbing, electrical, cracking, pinching? Is it at the base of your skull, on the sides, along the vertebrae, in the muscles?

Do you do any sort of physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture, or other treatment for your neck?

Severe pain is so scary and awful. sad I hope one of us can help you get to the bottom of this.

I have intermittent residual upper back pain.

I found something that helps. It takes the pain away for a few hours.

It’s a topical pain reliever that comes in a stick, roll on or spray.
I find the spray works best.

better health guy had full body burning neuropathy . it took a lot of steps and time for my own nerves to heal. first remove pathogenic insult to nerves , 2) supply necessary minerals for conductivity ie magnesium topically or iv. 3) coat and promote healing , nerves can grow back just real slowly . phosphatydlcholine and high efa via oral high dose or iv helped immediately.

can you describe the pain ? is it like matchheads , any reaction to cold ? etc

I didn’t remember your forum name, so I looked back at your last posts. It’s been quite a few years since you posted. I saw you had high mycotoxin levels, had grown up in a water damaged house, and was considering testing the place you had moved to.

Regarding this nerve pain, you said, “I've not had it bad for a couple mos and bam, back twice in a day.” You said, “Nothing happened that I know of.”

I’m understanding this to mean that you had not had this nerve pain for months and, all of a sudden, it came back, and you haven’t done anything (injury, activity) or taken anything (changes in treatment) that would have caused it.

Whenever somebody says they were in remission or better and all of a sudden symptoms return and they haven’t been sick or changed anything in their treatment regimen or stopped treatment, I also wonder about mold exposure.

Have you recently moved, had any water damage, or gone back to the old house?
