Need LLMD Wisconsin/Illinois

Hello, recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal; now realize this is just part of Lyme. I would appreciate any LLMD referrals-willing to travel/telemedicine. I live in Illinois/Wisconsin area and likely contracted three years ago as an outdoor person.

As background, symptoms increased beginning four years ago, progressively worse, flares inclusive of primarily digestive and joint, as well as anemia, weight loss, and basically similar nerve pain, foot pain, poor endurance, etc. Prescribed Rifaximin for digestive flares that result in severe IBS which helps reduce the complications of digestive inflammation. Eliminating mammal based foods (all) and personal products very helpful along with careful exercise helpful, along with herbs, supplements. I cannot tolerate many foods, especially dairy, gluten. Still struggle with many symptoms, especially weight loss. I no longer tolerate alcohol well, and sugar is especially hard. Thankfully the symptoms are no longer so severe I cannot even go out, or eat at a restaurant. Knowing it is lyme is actually a blessing as my doctors were basically at a dead end, and Alpha Gal is new to many midwest GPs and even internists. I had all the vague markers (ANA titre high RH negative,bruising, joint and connective tissue issues).

Thank you for the prompt reply! I have been traveling in Portugal and fortunately found eating fish, chicken, vegetables and grains were no problem, as long as we chose good restaurants. Since I am newly diagnosed with Alpha-gal syndrome caused by ticks, I am eliminating mammal products from my diet. After four plus years of significant symptoms, this is the longest period of time I have felt this well-limited to no digestive pain, normal bowel, gaining weight. I am realizing now that it is likely I have had this disease for much of my life. Managing as part of the Lyme complex provides a more focused clinical approach (!) that vague IBS-D diagnosis as a default, which is where I left three doctors until I told them to look into Alpha Gal-even though I specifically mentioned an outdoor lifestyle, and having reactions after eating pork, itching, swelling and severe joint pain of unknown cause.
