So i booked an appointment w/ Mary Ruddick, but she was booked 2m in advance. In the mean time, i started her high-fat, low-lectin ketogenic, soup-only diet meant at calming the immune system that my friend filled me in on. I am now 6 weeks in and I can say I'm probably 75% healed. My acne is gone. My back spasm is gone. My sleep is perfect. My neuropathy, which is the main thing that matters for me, is improving by the day.
So the diet thing does work . Been ketogenic for a while, bt low fat diet because of gut issues. I went carnivore for a while because of my sibo because abx destroyed my gut. Vegetables just feed the sibo and bacteria because the fiber in it. Bt just meat and also fasting makes you feel brand new .Do you mean letting like sunflower letcin and soy lectin?? Isn't letting in almost all processed foods ?? I've had lectin in certain foods or snacks I ate and ended up feeling like crap even worse the whole day. I must agree with fasting and ketogenic and also high fat diet , or for some of us low fat diet. It can make 100 % difference. Plus , I started taking the real form of b12, without it I'm drained all day so I must have been deficient. Also I take b9, b1 which is huge for small fiber neuropathy, magnesium, nutritional yeast flakes because it's loaded with vit b's, vit d and zinc with mct oil. Infrared sauna helps tremendously. Going to sleep early helps loads as well .
