Recently, I ran across the website "Listen To Your Gut" (
https://listentoyourgut.com) by Jini Patel Thompson.
In addition to publishing a book by the same name, she also created a 7-part e-mail series called "Jini's Gut Guide" that seems to have some good information.
I signed up for the e-mail course and converted the seven lessons into a single PDF document. I'm including a link to it, for anyone interested:
Jini's Gut Guidehttps://www.dropbox.com/s/d10csao3ac4bea5/jini%27s-gut-guide.pdfThese are the modules covered:
- Module 1: Kill the nasties in your gut; eradicate the pathogens.
- Module 2: Sweep out the dead nasties and normalize your stool.
- Module 3: Re-populate your gut with good, protective bacteria; to create a beneficial microbiota.
- Module 4: Heal any inflammation or ulceration you might have.
- Module 5: Change your diet to one that supports a healthy gut ongoing. This is not a "Diet" it is a natural, healthy way of eating for the rest of your life.
- Module 6: What you need to take every day to support gut health (and whole body health) and prevent relapse.
- Module 7: The top 5 related problems (constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, heartburn and anal fissures) and how to heal them.
NOTE: Aside from correcting minor spelling and grammatical errors I noticed, the remainder of the document is presented as it appeared in her e-mail series. This includes embedded links to her website, Amazon Web Services, YouTube, and others. I've not clicked every link in the document, so some may also be affiliate links. None of the links benefit me in any way, as I have no affiliation with any of the parties in the document.
